Flow Celebrates Jamaica’s 50th with Special Summer Offer

As the island gears up for its celebrations of Jamaica 50, telecommunications provider, Flow, was one of the first companies to launch its summer promotion, ‘Turn It On’, which pays homage to the significant milestone.   Under the promotion, new and existing customers have a chance to win exciting weekly prizes including fifty (50) 32” Samsung LED televisions, over the course of the next thirteen weeks.
According to Denise Williams, director of government and corporate affairs at Columbus Communications Jamaica Ltd., operators of Flow and Columbus Business Solutions brands, this is a special promotion for Flow, given the significant milestone. “We wanted to do something really big for our customers.  We will utilize the promotion to give away 50 television sets, 50 cordless phones and 50 wireless routers to new customers who sign up for any Flow service, and to existing customers who pay their bills on time.  New customers will also benefit from 50% of installation and one month’s bill when they sign up for Flow’s services over the course of the promotion,” said Williams.
In addition, we have special activities planned, including road shows and live demonstrations, so that the public can experience first-hand how Flow services add value to their lives, with the fastest internet speeds, the most interactive cable features and the most affordable landline services, during the summer period.
The high-energy road shows kick-off on June 2 at the Courts Parking Lot in Portmore, St. Catherine. There will also be plenty of entertainment, prizes and surprises including on-the-spot giveaways that will not be available anywhere else and a special ‘kids zone’ for the children.
In speaking on the significance of the road shows, Yanique Forbes, brand marketing manager, Flow, said the organization is always seeking ways to give consumers more value and also to show appreciation for their loyalty.
"We are looking forward to meeting and interacting with our customers.  When they come to our road shows they will be exposed to the full Flow experience.  We want to show them exactly why Flow is the best provider of internet, cable and landline services in Jamaica.
The Flow Road show rolls into Sam Sharpe Square in Montego Bay on Friday, June 29. The Prime Trust Cambio in Ocho Rios will play host on Saturday, July 28, followed by a two-day show, August 3 to 4, at the Location TBC in Kingston. The road show will conclude where it started, at the Courts Parking Lot in Portmore, on Saturday, August 18.
Flow celebrates its sixth anniversary in Jamaica this summer. Since its inception, the company has revolutionized broadband technology on the island, with the fastest Internet speed, digital cable television and landline services.
